The International Organization for Standardization (ISO)
is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies from some 140 countries,
one from each country.
ISO is a non-governmental organization established in 1947. The mission of
ISO is to promote the development of standardization and related activities
in the world with a view to facilitating the international exchange of goods
and services, and to developing cooperation in the spheres of intellectual,
scientific, technological and economic activity. ISO's work results in international
agreements which are published as International Standards.
“Geocel, LLC is proud to be the first U.S. based sealant
manufacturer to earn ISO 9001 Registration for its entire product line. What
does
this mean to you? Very simply, ISO 9001 means that you can trust Geocel performance.
Not because we say so – but because an independent auditor certifies
that Geocel has a quality management system in place.”
“ISO Registration allows increased confidence in Geocel product
reliability and consistency. It tells you that our promises are backed up
by company-wide
policies that we practice daily.”
“Not only does ISO 9001 give us another tool to manage our
quality assurance program, it serves as a catalyst in our quest for continuous
improvement. Bottom line, this improved productivity ensures that Geocel will
continue to deliver high quality products at a competitive price.”
– Don Krabill, Chairman and CEO
